Dear Customers, 

We have a 7 day Exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an Exchange.

Please note, we give one product / size / colour changes for free. For every next exchange , we charge INR200 as fees.


That is you can exchange your product, one time, if you face any issues with your first purchase. The shipping cost for this is on us. 

FAQ : My order shows not delivered / payment pending, how will exchange be issued? 
Ans : Please do not worry, just ping us on the Whatsapp or mail us , it will be done.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

1) Please note we do not offer refunds.

2) If you are not comfortable with the product fitting, we will ensure a detailed talk with you to understand your fitting requirements and send the perfect size* free of cost. 

3) Refunds are provided in the form of product exchange on the website via store credits. 
You can exchange any product against any other of a similar value. 
If exchange value of new product is higher, the difference will be payable.
